Brand X, as a moniker, a concept, and an unofficial business, had been conceived and under development for over a decade before it became official in 2020. Facing unexpected free time after a failed business acquisition in late 2019, it was decided then that making Brand X an official business would be the focus over the coming months. After a few setbacks (including a very unexpected pandemic), Brand X soft launched their apparel company website along with several new brands created in-house.

Part of the original strategy for Brand X was to work with some of the best in the event industry (which they were already embedded in). Meetings were happening and deals were being made and then the pandemic struck and shut the event industry down. At that point Brand X pivoted to immediately offering other services that had been planned for implementation later down the road.

Today Brand X creates and markets its own brands and apparel lines, collaborates with content creators and other artists for special releases via the Brand X website, and also helps individuals and businesses create their own apparel and merchandise products. Brand X also creates and manages branded, print-on-demand websites for clients using Shopify as the ecommerce backbone.

As Brand X grows you can expect to find their products at more retail locations, as well as online.
