Return/Replacement Policy
We do not offer refunds. By purchasing from this website you acknowledge and agree that goods available on this website are designed by us and/or our collaborators and are made to order, custom goods, and they are produced specifically for you once you place an order. We do not hold stock of any item and would not, but for you ordering from our website, have produced the goods. You further agree that you do not have a right to change your mind with respect to any product, including digital products, delivered to you immediately. Other than where goods, including digital products, are faulty, you have no right to cancel any order or return any goods. All orders are final. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Please use the contact form to receive instructions for returning an item for replacement.
Once the damaged item is received and inspected by our partner facility, we will send you an email to notify you that they have received said item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed and shipped to the same address as your original order.
Shipping - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our partner facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our partner facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Not Accepted - We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as, but not limited to, face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Not Eligible for Replacement - We do not replace orders for buyer’s remorse or for incorrect size ordering.
Notification for EU consumers - According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Brand X reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
